Huge Murano Very High Quality Art Glass Millefiori Vase. A statement centrepiece like no other. Images show it in daytime and evening light. Images 4 & 5 of the underside with etched signature of Poggi.

The stem section comprising of 24 carat gold flecks, the sheer abundance of millefiori design both inside the greenish interior and on the outside are nothing short of a masterpiece. It weighs 2.5 kg and measures 35 cm tall and 20 cm diameter. It is in perfect condition, with no flaws, scratches nor other imperfections.

My understanding is that it was created in the 1970's when Gambarro and Bruno Poggi formed their own company from Murano, and collaborated on many fine pieces of millefiori designs together.
