This is one of the rarest signed basketballs dated 1995 from The Beach Ball Classic. This is where Kobe Bryant wore #33.
Bryant wore #24 in High School and then changed to #33 because he loved Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. When he left High School to join the Los Angeles Lakers, he picked #33 but it was already retired for Jabbar so he took his Adidas ABCD Camp Jersey Number, which was 143, and added it up, coming up with the uniform #8, a uniform # he would wear half way through his career, and then went back to #24, his first High School uniform #. This is a rare chance to obtain a Kobe Bryant High School signed #33 basketball from the famous Beach Ball Classic in Myrtle Beach, NC. Also signed by Jermaine O'Neal, Mike Bibby who inscribes "45 points" and Jason Collier. Collier, who signed in the first round by the Bucks in 2000, ended up playing for the Houston Rockets, Fayetville Patriots and Atlanta Hawks before passing away at the young age of 28 due to an abnormal enlarged heart.
