COOKIE LAVAGETTO High School Yearbook VINTAGE SIGNED Brooklyn DODGERS

This book has NO cutouts, NO torn or missing pages and NO musty smell inside (unless otherwise noted in the description below). This book features Brooklyn Dodgers All-Star Cookie Lavagetto as a junior. He appears on the baseball team in the book, but more importantly, he signed the book in red marker on one of the rear autograph pages, as well as his name under the baseball team photo see attached scans. This book is in good condition.

The outer spine of the book is worn most of the way through to the cardboard and there is some mesh exposure along the rear edge. The top edge of the rear cover shows heavy wear and cardboard exposure. The corners show signifcant wear as well.

Someone used a paper clip to attach a "withdrawal notice" card and loose linecut page to one of the pages; over time, the paper clip rusted and there are impressions and stains on several of the pages before and after along the top edge. The paper clip has been removed; the card and page are included with the book.

The flyleaf pages are still very bright purple; some of the purple has transfered to the autograph page immediately opposite in the rear of the book. This does NOT affect Cookie's signature on the following page. The rest of the interior is in very good shape with signatures throughout. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
