S5-04B in Our Own Produced Commemorative Series. This Issue Commemorates the LORD HIGH ADMIRAL's DIVISIONS PASSING OUT PARADE at BRITANNIA ROYAL NAVAL COLLEGE, DARTMOUTH on 28th July 1999. This really Special Cover Commemorates the Passing Out Parade in the Presence of Admiral of the Fleet, His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh, KG KT OM, who took the Salute. Text contains details of the three Passing Out Parades each year, with two photos, one of a Parade, the other a photo of The College from the air. The Badge is also featured. The stamp is the 44p from the Millennium Workers Tale Issue, cancelled with a Dartmouth Postmark, upside down. This Issue of just 50 Covers is DOUBLE signed by Admiral of the Fleet, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, KG KT OM, who trained at Dartmouth exactly 60 Years earlier and Commodore R. Clare, Royal Navy, The Commodore BRNC Dartmouth at the time. The Lord High Admirals Divisions Handstamp is on the back of the Cover. THIS ISSUE is HANDMADE and INDIVIDUALLY NUMBER CERTIFIED.
