A 19th century Japanese carved okimono, Meiji, modelled as a fisherman with baskets and hat, standing on a bag and rock, incised signature. Meiji period is 1868 - 1912. Barefoot and wearing Japanese national kimono (meaning'something to wear') dress.

He is standing on his basket which is on a rock. My okimono's are not bone!
